The Florida Public Defender
Association is hosting a Career Job Fair on Thursday, March
1st and Friday, March 2nd, 2007 at the Embassy Suites
Airport Location (5835 T.G. Lee Boulevard, Orlando, Florida
32822).
This Event is open to third-year law students, recent
graduates, and licensed attorneys admitted to the Florida
Bar or the Bar in another state, preferably with criminal
practice experience, interested in a law career in public
service.
Prospective candidates will
submit a cover letter with resume, directly to the Florida
Public Defender Circuit Offices listed below. Employers will
prescreen application materials and contact candidates
directly concerning acceptance and setting up interview
times for Friday, March 2nd.
Current assistant public
defenders employed with the State of Florida will not be
interviewed.

Cover letters and resumes should be submitted by noon
on February 26th, 2007. If you have any questions
