LEGAL SECRETARY
LAW OFFICES OF PUBLIC DEFENDER CARLOS J. MARTINEZ is seeking a Legal Secretary
with exceptional organizational and time-management skills to assist attorneys.
The ideal candidate must possess strong typing skills, proficiency in MSWord or
WordPerfect, excellent communication and people skills required. This full-time
position offers a starting salary of $25,000. Full range of state benefits:

CLERK
LAW OFFICES OF PUBLIC DEFENDER CARLOS J. MARTINEZ is seeking an individual
for an entry level Clerk position. Qualified applicants should be computer literate, able to assist
in performing routine clerical operations such as: filing, copying, scanning, file preparation, data
entry; be familiar with operating office equipment, be detailed and task oriented and able to
manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. 40 hours/ week; $11.00 per hour. This position does
not qualify for benefits.
